These Oatmeal White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies are a perfect addition to your Christmas cookie and holiday baking list! A great addition to any cookie tray, they are chewy and full of flavor!!

 2 sticks butter
 ½ cup white sugar
 1 ½ cups brown sugar
 1 tbsp vanilla
 2 ½ cups flour
 1 ¾ cups oatmeal
 1 tsp salt
 ½ tsp baking soda
 2 eggs
 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
 1 ½ cups sweetened, dried cranberries

Melt butter and cool for five minutes. Beat butter, sugars and vanilla together in a stand mixer.

Beat eggs into butter and sugars. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Slowly incorporate dry ingredients into wet ingredients.

Fold chocolate chips and cranberries into batter. Place dough into refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.

Drop dough by rounded tablespoon onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes, until edges are golden brown but center is soft.
