I posted yesterday about these delicious Strawberry White Chocolate Cake Mix cookies, which I made for my dear friend’s baby shower.
Well, apparently, these cookies were *so*good* that my husband helped himself to a few… (cue eyeroll)
I couldn’t show up with a sparse tray of cookies, so I was happy to find a chocolate cake mix in my pantry. I whipped these bad boys up and the day was saved.
I am a chocoholic – and OMG these hit the spot!
They were a hit at the baby shower, and the host’s son even asked if I could leave the leftovers behind for him! Of course I did, though I’m sure my husband and kids would have loved the leftovers.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients until all ingredients are well incorporated. Scoop dough onto ungreased cookie sheet by rounded tablespoon.
Bake for 6-8 minutes, until edges are browned but middle is still soft. Enjoy!
