
Dry Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or any other cheese you like)
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
½ tsp dried rosemary
½ tsp dried parsley
½ tsp dried basil
½ tsp dried oregano
Wet Ingredients
1 cup milk
½ cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tbsp minced garlic

In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients and stir until combined.

Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk together until combined.

Slowly add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, mixing until well incorporated. The dough will be wet.

Pour mixture into a greased 9x5 loaf pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes, until the loaf is cooked through and the tops and sides are lightly browned.
