My kids can eat all day long. This is (obviously) the reason for my website’s name, and I am constantly trying to figure out what to feed them!
I try my very hardest to feed my toddlers healthy foods. Of course, they do eat sugar and junk food here and there, but I always try to encourage them to have “food that is good for our bodies” first. Finding easy toddler snack ideas isn’t always simple, and I want to create the healthy eating habits when they’re young!
We often find ourselves in a “snack rut” and I find my kids getting bored of what is offered. When this happens, they just want to turn to sugar. Giving access to healthy snacks is one of the biggest ways I get my kids to eat.
These are the snacks my toddler and preschooler actually eat! Whether we’re on the go or chilling at home, these are our go-to healthy snacks.
