Sharing is caring!

These fall activities for kids keep social distancing in mind. They can all be done at home or out and about with minimal exposure to COVID-19! Your kids will love completing this autumn bucket list this fall! A free printable bucket list that is perfect to work through with your kids.

As soon as there is a slight crisp in the air, I am itching to do all of my favorite fall activities!

Fall is my favorite season. From football games, to warm soups and breads, cozy sweaters and the gorgeous foliage, there is not much I don’t love!

I have so many fun memories of fall, and I love sparking that same love within my kids.

Unfortunately, COVID-19 is putting a huge cloud over the excitement of autumn!

Schools are modified, our favorite places remain closed, and so many of our favorite fall activities aren’t going to happen with social distancing guidelines. My daughter’s preschool was cancelled, we won’t be partaking in extracurriculars, and many of our favorite fall activities are cancelled.

We have so much fun creating new memories, and I don’t want them to miss out on the fall festivities!

I’m hoping that we can still have some sort of trick-or-treating or other Halloween traditions, but it’s not looking so great…

All these social changes are what inspired me to create this Autumn Bucket List!

I still want to enjoy the changing leaves, crisp air, and shifting seasons. And I want to teach my kids to be resilient and adapt to whatever life throws at you!

Autumn Bucket List: all of your favorite fall activities for kids!

While there won’t be hayrides, fall festivals, or visits to the busy farmers markets, there can still be plenty of other fun!

These fall activities can be done at home, or in a place where social distancing can still happen (i.e. the apple orchard or pumpkin patch).

Bucket lists are a great way to involve your kids in picking activities. I always find that kids are more likely to be active participants when they are able to pick what they want to do!

By giving them a bucket list to pick from, you’re also picking activities that you are ok with.

You can pick a few to get through each weekend to beat the boredom! Hang it on the fridge or keep it somewhere safe as you make your way through the list.

This bucket list activity also keeps budget in mind. You won’t find anything over $20!

Since many families are also struggling financially during this time, I wanted to be sure to include activities that didn’t break the bank.
